UK Delivery:
- Who We Use: We trust Parcelforce and Hermes for tracked delivery throughout the UK.
- When We Deliver: Your order will be shipped on a weekday (Monday-Friday), excluding Bank Holidays.
- Tracking Your Parcel: Pop in your email and mobile number when you order, and we'll send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on your parcel's journey.
- Need to Reschedule? No problem! We can reschedule your delivery, but we can only try to deliver twice. If you need your order urgently, please give us a shout before placing your order.
Mainland UK Only:
The delivery prices you see on our website are for mainland UK addresses only. If you're in a more remote part of the UK, like the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or offshore islands, get in touch with us for a quote.
