Our products are dispatched via Parcelforce or Hermes, ensuring a reliable, tracked delivery to your doorstep. For any special delivery requirements or to report issues, please contact us promptly for assistance. We use a tracked delivery service to deliver our products from Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays.
To receive full tracking details, kindly add a note to "Premiumwoodencrates" seller at the checkout and include your email and mobile number. Deliveries can be rescheduled; however, delivery will only be attempted twice. If you require an item urgently, please contact us before placing an order.

This will enable us to promptly log your problem with our courier and take necessary actions to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Contact our team to notify them that your parcel is damaged.
Please be advised that in order to make a claim for a damaged item, we require photographic evidence of both the packaging and the damaged item. Please note that the delivery company will not accept claims without such evidence. We strongly suggest that you retain the damaged item and the parcel packaging until the claim is settled.
