The 10mm diameter jute ropes give it a lovely, organic look, and you can easily adjust the rope length to get the perfect height. Hang it on a wall or from the ceiling (just remember, fixings are not included). It's all about making it just right for you!

Delivery & Returns:

Our products are dispatched via Parcelforce or Hermes, ensuring a reliable, tracked delivery to your doorstep. For any special delivery requirements or to report issues, please contact us promptly for assistance. We use a tracked delivery service to deliver our products from Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays.

Deliveries can be rescheduled; however, delivery will only be attempted twice. If you require an item urgently, please contact us before placing an order.
Please take note that the delivery prices you see on our website are applicable only to the mainland UK.

If you are placing an order from outside the Mainland United Kingdom, there will be an additional premium charge, and the delivery times may extend up to 3 or 4 days above estimated delivery times, depending on the destination. Delivery postcodes outside of mainland UK include Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Scilly, Ireland & Channel Islands.

When placing your order, please ensure that you select the Remote/Offshore Delivery Upgrade option to avoid any delay or confusion.

Note:

If there is any issue with your delivery or if your crate arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 24 hours. This will enable us to promptly log your problem with our courier and take necessary actions to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Contact our team to notify them that your parcel is damaged.

Please be advised that in order to make a claim for a damaged item, we require photographic evidence of both the packaging and the damaged item. Please note that the delivery company will not accept claims without such evidence. We strongly suggest that you retain the damaged item and the parcel packaging until the claim is settled.
