Shipping UK

UK Shipping:

  • We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all UK orders over £80.

  • For orders under £80, a standard shipping fee of [Amount] will apply.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Please check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after dispatch.

  • Express UK delivery is available for an additional fee and typically takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery estimates are provided in business days and may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Important Information:

  • We are not currently offering collection services.

  • If your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're happy to help with returns and exchanges.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

  • Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled.

Returns:

  • You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, except for the following:

    • Custom or personalized orders

    • Items on sale

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, you may be responsible for any loss in value.

  • If an order is refused at delivery, the cost of redirecting the package will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return.

  2. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
